Current focus

Tightening the SUMequities portfolio surface — every project page now carries a status badge, a freshness timestamp, and a live GitHub pulse line. The work is moving from "build more" toward "earn the receipts for what already exists."

Shipping near-term

• SUM — verifiable bidirectional knowledge distillation; cross-runtime trust triangle (Python / Node / browser) with K1–K4 and A1–A6 checks locked in CI; v0.8.0 on PyPI.
• HFAO — open-source, standards-native agent observability backend. Storage, ingest, the MCP server, and the closed eval-trace loop shipped (v0.5.0); a published release/package is next.
• Chefrson — closed Android beta on a real product surface; public launch ahead.

Under repair

A handful of projects are drafted from the public surface while their underlying claims are re-grounded — see the portfolio for which entries are visible and which aren't. The bar to return is independent verifiability.

Parked, not abandoned

Several earlier explorations sit in the repo as drafts: documented, hidden from the public surface, returnable when the right moment arrives. Curating which ones graduate is part of the current focus.
