Current focus

One thing: Chefrson — making a brand-new user's first day work end-to-end, then picking a single distribution channel and committing to it. The wider portfolio is deliberately in maintenance: truthfulness gates stay green, but new engineering waits until the one product that can charge money proves its first cohort.

Shipping near-term

• Chefrson — new-user activation work on the live web + Android-beta product; billing is already live.
• SUM — verifiable bidirectional knowledge distillation; cross-runtime trust triangle (Python / Node / browser) with K1–K4 and A1–A6 checks locked in CI; v0.8.1 on PyPI.

Under repair

A handful of projects are drafted from the public surface while their underlying claims are re-grounded — see the portfolio for which entries are visible and which aren't. The bar to return is independent verifiability.

Parked, not abandoned

Several earlier explorations sit in the repo as drafts: documented, hidden from the public surface, returnable when the right moment arrives. Curating which ones graduate is part of the current focus.
